Care for Lake St. Clair! Our Crew has participated in this annual event since 2018, and our partnership continues to grow every occasion. Can we count on you again? Fitting with the Crew's mission, your commitment to our lake and the community is vital to our presence and outreach. Please join us this Sunday to help clean our shorelines, advocate for our natural resources, and kick-off the summer!

We will bring the NautiBus for Crew transportation to and from the Clean-up Headquarters and coastline. Plan on hopping aboard and cleaning together as a team. Your registration here helps with coordination and record-keeping. More importantly, your registration with the St. Clair Shores Waterfront Environmental Committee (SCSWEC) on Eventbrite helps Mike (event director) and his staff better prepare. Food and drinks will be provided. A designated crewmember will further coordinate your attendance.

25TH ANNUAL NAUTICAL COAST CLEAN-UP EVENT DESCRIPTION

In conjunction with the Jefferson Yacht Club (JYC), SCSWEC continues to lead the city's annual community effort in protecting its beaches and shoreline against water pollution along Lake St. Clair. The Clean-up celebrates its 26th year in continuous effort. Our commitment to promoting better water quality, a cleaner, safer lake, and greater public awareness remains at the forefront of our civil responsibilities in waterfront stewardship. 

Targeted areas:

Several St. Clair Shores businesses have donated goods for this event, including the We Are Here Foundation, Jefferson Yacht Club (JYC), and Advanced Aquatics Dive Shop. We welcome everyone to join us for the Lake St. Clair Celebration at JYC at 12:00 PM, following our morning's efforts – music, food, and drinks provided.
